Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Technical & Flight Services in Flight Operations Division. He/She will be required to use Tableau, Enterprise Planning Tool, and Microsoft Office in the course of his/her work, and is responsible for the duties below:

• Verify overflight charges invoices
• Investigate discrepancies in charges
• Follow-up on discrepancies in charges with various civil aviation authorities / billing organizations
• Monitor invoicing cycle to ensure timely receipt, verification and payment
• Ensure timely dispatch of payment documents
• Provide support to flight route analysis and operational matters 

Required Skills

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
• Aviation/finance/mathematics related field of study will be advantageous, but not essential
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Numerate
• Possesses an eye for detail
• Meticulous in tracking and following up on issues
• Resourceful, IT-literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Excel
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure, performs well in a team
